Our Story
Asiaca Brewing was founded in 2022 in Park Ridge, Illinois by homebrewer Chris Baynes with a simple idea: great beer and great jazz belong together.
What started as a hobby quickly became a passion for crafting beers that tell a story. Inspired by the creativity, improvisation, and timeless character of jazz, Asiaca Brewing creates beers that go beyond ordinary styles and familiar flavors.
Each beer is inspired by a mood, a song, a record, or a late-night listening session. From smooth amber ales to expressive sours and rich stouts, every recipe is crafted with care and designed to bring people together.
